I took 7 different pieces to Karl, with 7 different repair need or design requests. I was so very pleased when I picked my jewelry. The ring sizing (3 rings) was flawless and the pieces he enhanced through our collaborative designs were exactly what I wanted. Karl, Michelle and the lady who assisted me on Saturday were all very pleasant and customer oriented. The store has lovely ready-made jewelry as well.
